Bro. E. Oscar Alleyne
He was raised as Master Mason in Wallkill Lodge No. 627 in the Orange Rockland District. He served as Worshipful Master 2014- 2015 and 2015-2016 of Wappingers Lodge No. 671 in the Dutchess District.
He won 1st Place representing the Dutchess District in the 2012 Hudson Champlain Regional Ritual Competition. He is a multiyear recipient of the Remember the Blue Lodge award and served as Secretary for the Dutchess District Officers Masonic Association and the District Chairman for Membership Recruitment.
Brother Oscar is an internationally respected Masonic speaker having presented over 100 lectures covering multiple areas of interest to over 5000 Freemasons. He has published in several widely distributed Masonic journals, research bodies and academic conferences on Freemasonry. He has also organized several successful invited speaker events for the Chancellor R.R. Livingston Masonic Library at Grand Lodge.
He served as Chair in 2010-2012 for the Supreme Council NMJ Valley Unification Committee in which developed the successful reorganization, creation and implementation of a new unified Scottish Rite valley structure for governance.
He was appointed as the first Grand Superintendent for the State of New York for the Grand Council, Allied Masonic Degrees of the United States of America 2012- 2015
